She went through a brief overview of Ayurvedic practices and then focused on my recent diagnosis of gastritis. In a little over a week my stomach has improved after incorporating some specific dietary recommendations, some herbal teas, an ayurvedic massage (which was amazing)! I am grateful for all that I've experienced thus far and highly recommend The OC Ayurveda to anyone considering alternative treatments to better your overall well being!

Suffering from chronic dry eyes, I had tried numerous remedies with no success. However, Dr. Heena's personalized approach and gentle care made all the difference. The Eye Pool treatment was incredibly soothing, and I felt immediate relief from irritation and discomfort. With each session, my eyes became more nourished and revitalized. February, 2023.Dr Heena truly gave me my life back.....I suffered for over 20 years with stomach pain, constipation, bloating, mucous in stool , exhaustion, always being hungry and never satisfied . I went from being a happy person to suddenly becoming sad and anxious. Went to so many Drs and had so many invasive tests and even became fructose intolerant and had trouble digesting foods. I found Dr Heena through Google search. I am soooooooo forever grateful to have found her!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just one visit and she diagnosed me with a parasite. Well, she was right in about 6 months' time I feel energized, positive and able to digest so many foods now I'd have not been able to eat in years because Dr Heena's treatment work from the root cause of the disease. I can't believe what is coming out of my body. She is so kind. I see no reason to ask a western Dr any questions anymore because they don't know too much. I feel blessed to have my life back. I now do yoga and breathing exercises and have changed my whole being. She not only got rid of my parasites but gave me a whole regimen of what food to eat, exercises and how to take care of my whole body personalized just for me. It was not expensive and the best money I have ever spent. I have tried naturopath Drs which cost a fortune and still could not help. I definitely recommend Dr Heena, The Oc Ayurveda...

She has given me great guidance, tips and tricks, as well as diet suggestions, breathing exercises and poses to aid digestion. I appreciate that what she has given me so far has felt manageable and easy to work into my everyday life. Today she performed a Shirodhara treatment to calm my mind and my husband said he’s never seen me so zen before. It was an amazingly profound experience. I know I have a long journey ahead of me, but Dr. Heena is a great partner and I am looking forward to the process.

I’ve been a patient for several weeks and have been incorporating her treatment plan by eating the recommended nutrition, performing morning breath work, and undergoing her amazing in office therapies. As such, I have noticed improvements in my condition. It is still very early into my treatment but I’m extremely optimistic and grateful to have found her. Her calm, patient, nurturing demeanor coupled with her deeply rooted experience in this traditional Hindu system of medicine is something I feel many could benefit from. She provides wellness coaching, and a special pulse check, that helps determine the state of mind and body, amazing! I feel revitalized and renewed after this service. Love her location easy to access and complimentary parking. Her staff is super kind and knowledgeable as well. The space has great energy and is very clean. She is a GEM and I highly recommend all her services. I will be seeing Dr. Heena for more of her unique and revitalizing services. Thank you Dr. Heena so grateful I found you for my wellness journey!

This place is amazing.
This place is amazing. I am grateful I came across this hidden gem that was right in front of my eyes.
At a time of uncertainty, unpredictability, and both external and internal stress for me, Dr. Heena brought into my life an assurance that everything will be fine.
She listens to all your concerns and is never in a rush during your appointment with her. She is easy to open up to and is completely present with you.
The treatments are natural and chosen for your specific needs. And truly work, I left my first visit knowing I have a special healing environment that I can resonate with.
I have had a few treatments so far and they all have surpassed any expectations I had.
I definitely would recommend loved ones to her center.

I have been wanting to go down the Ayurvedic road for a little while now but wasn’t really willing to commit until recently. Making my consultation appointment with Dr. Heena was the best first step that I could have done on this journey. Her warm and welcoming presence helps you feel comfortable while going over the core details of your life that will determine the next steps of action. She answered and explained any questions that I had asked her in a way that left me feeling content and knowledgeable. I was very honest about being a broke student that is getting ready to move across the the country and she worked with me for us to figure out an appropriate plan that meets my needs but also respects my financial restrictions. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking to add Ayurveda to their life to go down in Laguna Beach to OC Ayurveda and see Dr. Heena.

I have consulted with Dr. Henna Kapoor. She is knowledgeable and skilled in treatment and prescription of medicinal herbs and teas. I highly recommend her. She has helped me with minor health concerns and her diagnosis and treatment is spot on. My health concerns have balanced out and the herbs and treatment have helped me.

Dr. Heena runs such a special and important Ayurvedic health practice in OC! I had a protein growth in my eye known as Pinguecula (usually caused by severe dryness) and my ophthalmologist was suggesting eye surgery to remove it. Instead, I got an Ayurvedic treatment from Dr. Heena known as Natra Tarpana (aka Golden Light Treatment). Remarkably the Pinguecula healed without any surgery!!!
When I went back to my eye doctor to show her my eye, she was in disbelief. Ever since then I have become a strong believer of Ayurveda!!
