She has given me great guidance, tips and tricks, as well as diet suggestions, breathing... read more exercises and poses to aid digestion. I appreciate that what she has given me so far has felt manageable and easy to work into my everyday life. Today she performed a Shirodhara treatment to calm my mind and my husband said he's never seen me so zen before. It was an amazingly profound experience.
