When u first go in, there is an awesome feeling of just...idk, straight up relaxation. Just a great vibe.
I started going in for just a Kati batsi (which is an amazing lower back healing)...and decided to get help with my overall health. This was over a month ago, and since then, their techniques and recommendations have just given me more "natural energy" and helped me with my sleep issues.
I'll say this...worst case scenario u go there and get an amazing lower back massage haha...but best case, idk, they just have some amazing solutions and alternative solutions for almost anything!! Brian W.

She... read more did a thorough intake interview & assessment during our first scheduled session, at the end that she offered treatment plan options. Tbh, they seemed a little pricey at first, however it included all materials she could possibly use during all treatments and her attention to detail & care made it worth every penny in the end! She also provided teas, samples, lifestyle recommendations and herbal blends she formulates right there for you based on your needs.
My treatment included Ayurvedic massage, oiling of the scalp, nose, ears and eyes, as well as a steam sauna spread out over the course of 5 sessions, including the 1st assessment visit. At the end of it all I felt like a new person!
The mind-chatter was gone! I highly recommend Dr. Heena & her services to anyone who is looking to make a serious investment and commitment into better understanding themselves, their health concerns to cultivate healthier habits to achieve & maintain optimal health! Dr Heena truly gave me my life back.....I suffered for over 20 years with stomach pain, constipation, bloating, mucous in stool , exhaustion, always being hungry and never satisfied . I’ve recently started seeing Dr. Heena for digestive support and to calm my busy mind. She has given me great guidance, tips and tricks, as well as diet suggestions, breathing exercises and poses to aid digestion.
