Tbh, they seemed a little pricey at first, however it included all materials she could possibly use during all treatments and her attention to detail & care made it worth every penny in the end! She also provided teas, samples, lifestyle recommendations and herbal blends she formulates right there for you based on your needs.
My treatment included Ayurvedic massage, oiling of the scalp, nose, ears and eyes, as well as a steam sauna spread out over the course of 5 sessions, including the 1st assessment visit. At the end of it all I felt like a new person!
The mind-chatter was gone! I highly recommend Dr. Heena & her services to anyone who is looking to make a serious investment and commitment into better understanding themselves, their health concerns to cultivate healthier habits to achieve & maintain optimal health! Her warm and welcoming presence helps you feel comfortable while going over the core details of your life that will determine the next steps of action. She answered and explained any questions that I had asked her in a way that left me feeling content and knowledgeable. I was very honest about being a broke student that is getting ready to move across the the country and she worked with me for us to figure out an appropriate plan that meets my needs but also respects my financial restrictions. Dr. Heena made me feel comfortable right from the start. She listens and takes her time. She is kind, caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She helped with my diet, gave me breathing exercises and herbs and the changes I am seeing are truly remarkable. I had the shirodhara treatment ( warm medicated oil poured in a slow stream onto the middle of the forehead ) and I have not felt this good in years.
I am seeing changes in my body and myself that are truly remarkable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heena.

Dr Heena truly gave me my life back.....I suffered for over 20 years with stomach pain, constipation, bloating, mucous in stool , exhaustion, always being hungry and never satisfied . She has given me great guidance, tips and tricks, as well as diet suggestions, breathing exercises and poses to aid digestion.
