When u first go in, there is an awesome feeling of just...idk, straight up relaxation. Just a great vibe.

I started going in for just a Kati batsi (which is an amazing lower back healing)...and decided to get help with my overall health. This was over a month ago, and since then, their techniques and recommendations have just given me more "natural energy" and helped me with my sleep issues.

I'll say this...worst case scenario u go there and get an amazing lower back massage haha...but best case, idk, they just have some amazing solutions and alternative solutions for almost anything!!

  Today i had an amazing experience! I had a treatment done by Dr. Heena. It's called Shirodhara, it's an Ayurvedic treatment requiring warm oil slowly pouring down onto the middle... read more of your forehead. It's a 45 minute process where you're required to breathe in all the positive energy you can while exhaling any negative energies you carry. It's really all about focusing on your breath and relaxing. The process is amazing. As the process started, I immediately focused on my breathe and as the warm oil started to pour, I immediately saw pink and purple lights. I thought she was using lights as well. I learned later it wasn't the case. She explained that it was an instant third eye opening. The whole time I felt relaxed and very nurtured. However towards the end I felt empowered as I felt that I was able to release a lot of negative energy. The whole experience was very pleasant l. She's a wonderful therapist and she will dig into your soul and dig out dirt and place it nicely in your face for you to look at and guide you through it very loving and kindly. I highly recommend her services. Be ready to feel lighthearted and joyous even after your first meeting with her. It's truly magical and beautiful.

Dr. Heena made me feel comfortable right from the start. She listens and takes her time. She is kind, caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She helped with my diet, gave me breathing exercises and herbs and the changes I am seeing are truly remarkable. I had the shirodhara treatment ( warm medicated oil poured in a slow stream onto the middle of the forehead ) and I have not felt this good in years.

I am seeing changes in my body and myself that are truly remarkable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heena.
