A perfect start to a great summer. Detox, relax, and rejuvenate the Ayurvedic way. Enjoy yoga and meditation with the sounds of the ocean or get a curated Ayurvedic treatment to detoxify toxins and restore health. Learn the Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle techniques to benefit you long-term through workshops. Balanced meals throughout the retreat will nourish the body, satiate the mind, and fill the soul with bliss. Bedtime routines enable a  deep, rejuvenating sleep. Morning routine will boost the energy to make it a fulfilling day.

Welcome: “Atithi devo Bhavo” Literal translation – Our guest is our God. Traditional Indian welcome with all the elements offered to the Gods. Kick starts the retreat with a heartwarming entrance into the venue.

Nutritious Ayurvedic meals throughout the retreat provided 3 times a day with wholesome snacks in between. Thousands of years old patterns are used in the diet to nourish the body, satisfy the mind, and uplift the soul.

From the beginners to advanced level, yoga is practiced by the Pacific Ocean daily to relieve stress, balance the body, and centralize the mind, all working to enrich the soul. Slow movements, deep breathing, and muscle stretching all to increase blood flow. 

Pranayama – using the breath to reap health benefits, different techniques are taught and practiced throughout the retreat. Attendees leave equipped with the ability to practice these breathing exercises life-long.

Ayurvedic Consultation – Using naadi pariksha (pulse reading) an experienced Ayurvedic Physician evaluates the body’s constitution, recommends the proper diet, and the appropriate lifestyle according to your specific prakriti – true nature.

Nature Walk – educating about the most common medicinal herbs and shrubs, the parts of the plants used, and the diseases they treat and prevent. Learning as a group and coming up with various ways to remember the herbs so they can benefit in this lifetime.

Time tested Panchakarma procedures enrich the Ayurvedic treatments enabling the doshas to be balanced. Herbal Oil and powder treatments including Shirodhara, abhyanga, herbal steam, basti, nasya, karna-poorna etc all work together to allow the physical, energetic, and mental bodies to stay healthy.

Day 1

  • Checkin – Traditional Indian welcome.
  • Refreshment-Ayurvedic snacks and tea to refresh and get rid of travel fatigue.
  • Fire Ceremony- Burning off past karmas, regrets, and restraints invoking healing, peace, and harmony throughout the retreat.
  • Wick Lighting- Igniting the healing with lighting the traditional way and kick starting the healing activities of the retreat.
  • Dinner & Presentation- Authentic Ayurvedic Meal along with a comprehensive Ayurvedic morning routine guidance to prepare for the next day.
  • Bed Routine- Nourishing elixir to help with sleep and to rejuvenate the body.

  • Morning Routine- Oil pulling, tongue scrapping, self-abhyanga.
