My first consultation with Dr. Heena Kapoor was thorough and compassionate. She put us at ease immediately with her demeanor and extensive knowledge. She went through a brief overview of Ayurvedic practices and then focused on my recent diagnosis of gastritis. In a little over a week my stomach has improved after incorporating some specific dietary recommendations, some herbal teas, an ayurvedic massage (which was amazing)! Dr. Heena at The OC Ayurveda clinic is a true healer! Her expertise in the ancient treatment of Eye Pool (Netra Tarpana) transformed my life. Suffering from chronic dry eyes, I had tried numerous remedies with no success. However, Dr. Heena's personalized approach and gentle care made all the difference. The Eye Pool treatment was incredibly soothing, and I felt immediate relief from irritation and discomfort. With each session, my eyes became more nourished and revitalized. Dr Heena truly gave me my life back.....I suffered for over 20 years with stomach pain, constipation, bloating, mucous in stool , exhaustion, always being hungry and never satisfied . I went from being a happy person to suddenly becoming sad and anxious. Went to so many Drs and had so many invasive tests and even became fructose intolerant and had trouble digesting foods. I found Dr Heena through Google search. I am soooooooo forever grateful to have found her!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just one visit and she diagnosed me with a parasite.  Well, she was right in about 6 months' time I feel energized, positive and able to digest so many foods now I'd have not been able to eat in years because Dr Heena's treatment work from the root cause of the disease. I can't believe what is coming out of my body. She is so kind. I see no reason to ask a western Dr any questions anymore because they don't know too much. I feel blessed to have my life back. I now do yoga and breathing exercises and have changed my whole being. She not only got rid of my parasites but gave me a whole regimen of what food to eat, exercises and how to take care of my whole body personalized just for me. It was not expensive and the best money I have ever spent. I have tried naturopath Drs which cost a fortune and still could not help. I’ve recently started seeing Dr. Heena for digestive support and to calm my busy mind. She has given me great guidance, tips and tricks, as well as diet suggestions, breathing exercises and poses to aid digestion. I appreciate that what she has given me so far has felt manageable and easy to work into my everyday life. Today she performed a Shirodhara treatment to calm my mind and my husband said he’s never seen me so zen before. It was an amazingly profound experience. Dr. Heena’s education, expertise and passion in Ayurveda is an untapped treasure in OC. I’ve been a patient for several weeks and have been incorporating her treatment plan by eating the recommended nutrition, performing morning breath work, and undergoing her amazing in office therapies. As such, I have noticed improvements in my condition. It is still very early into my treatment but I’m extremely optimistic and grateful to have found her. Her calm, patient, nurturing demeanor coupled with her deeply rooted experience in this traditional Hindu system of medicine is something I feel many could benefit from. Today I had my first third eye oil, the Shirodhara treatment done by Dr. Heena, and I absolutely loved it! She is an expert in her field. She provides wellness coaching, and a special pulse check, that helps determine the state of mind and body, amazing! I feel revitalized and renewed after this service. Love her location easy to access and complimentary parking. Her staff is super kind and knowledgeable as well. The space has great energy and is very clean. She is a GEM and I highly recommend all her services. I will be seeing Dr. Heena for more of her unique and revitalizing services.
